Our Anniversary, Day 2

On day two of our Anniversary weekend (with Cam's family) we decided to have fun on the boat. Since Cat doesn't enjoy the cold temperature of Donner Lake, she is happy to be all time flag girl.

Cam's Dad Greg was first to jump in and waterski. Here's The Greger looking good with his ultra tight wetsuit on.

Erica tore it up on the wakeboard this day. She is definitely known as a "chick who rips" and all the dudes on the lake do a double take when they see her pass by.

Cam also slid into the wakeboard to show off his skillz. Cat took this sideways video of her man warming up to the water for the 2nd time in two years. The last two seasons haven't involved too many trips to the lake but hopefully next summer we'll be able to take a month or so off to perfect our style and relax in the mountain raddness.

Our Wedding Anniversary: The Hiking Edition

Our super romantic 1st Anniversary was spent with Cam's Dad and Sister up in the Donner/Tahoe region. On Saturday Cat, Cam and Erica headed up to Northstar with the dogs for some hiking action. Here's a snap of Frankie and Beanie Binsen Hyland on the Gondola going up to mid-mountain.

We took a pretty steep hike up a snowboard/ski run called "The Stash" and chilled at the Craig Kelly Cabin. This is where Cat and Frank posed for a framer.



Instead of showering after their hike, Cam and Frankie went for a swim in Donner Lake. This was actually Frankie's first swim. He did OK but didn't like it too much. His cousin Beanie the pure bred Chihuahua is actually a better swimmer than Frank. Sounds like the dog needs more practice!

The Goodman Wedding

Cat and Cam made their way to Rosarito, Mexico for the wedding of Erin O'Brien & Dave Goodman this past weekend. It was a great time as we got to hang out with a bunch of our super kewl friends. We made it to the front row to take this great upclose alter pic of the back of Erin's hair and Dave's khaki tux.

Our good pals Nicole and Brian Kelly were in attendance. BK (Brian) was a groomsman. Being a wedding in Mexico, Dave (the Groom)'s parents had to invite the entire wedding guestlist. This made the rehearsal dinner one heck of a party! This is probably the only 11 seconds that Cam didn't have a drink in his hand that night.

The post-wedding cocktail hour on the grounds made for some great picture opportunities. After a few Sol's, Dos Equis, Tecates, Negro Modelos, and Coronas we snapped a good one all snazzied up on the cliffs of Rosarito.
