We continued our San Francisco-centric weekend by hitting up our friend RG's birthday BBQ bash. Our couple-friends Shirley and Anthony were there helping us rock the party. Ant was trying to be all cool Japanese party style by drinking his Suntori and smoking a cuban. Bill Murray wannabe?
Cat and Shirls couldn't get enough of the delicious Bud Light (just kidding, all 4 cans were empties)
Cat and Cam then headed to the Giants game with friends Tommy and Juli.........
.........The Giants starting pitcher (Kevin Correia) got hurt after pitching to just two batters. This led to an absolute slugfest with 19 runs being scored. The scoring was entertaining but unfortunately, the Giants only were able to grab 9 of those runs eventually losing the close game. We all enjoyed our seats from Cat's Dad's work sitting just 8 rows back behind 3rd base! The beers always seem tastier in the 100 level.
Cam and Tommy were representin' tha Bay wearing their orange and black. Get Hyphy! These diehard fans just wish that Barry Zito and his $126 million contract would represent them a little better (he's 0-5 so far this year). Worst contract ever?

Weekend Golfing
Cat and Cam hit the Olympic Club Driving Range on a beautiful Saturday Afternoon to shake the winter rust off their powerful golf swings. Cat was excited to break in her new Cleveland irons which she received for Christmas from her generous husband. As you can see below, her 7 iron flew roughly 140 yards and then fell to within feet of the flagstick:
Cat got some pictures of Cameron blasting perfect 5 irons about 190 yards right down the middle. Then again, the O-Club range is pretty wide open so finding the middle isn't that challenging.
Cat was ready to play 18 on the Lake Course but Cam reminded her that they had an afternoon BBQ and The Giants Game to attend later that night. Cam promised her that they'd tee it up soon enough.

Kris & Liz's 30th Birthday Celebration!
This weekend Cat ventured to the Cotati-Healdsburg region to celebrate the 30th birthday's of our friends Kris and Liz. Johannah made some sweet t-shirts for the birthday girlies to wear at the dive bar they hit up on Saturday around noon. Alkies?
The local drunkards at the bar actually started cheering when the group rolled into their establishment!
The crew of hotties then made their way to Clos Du Bois for winetasting and more general imbibement. After sampling the delicious Cabernet Franc, the girls then went to the hotel for some hot tubbing. Sadly, there were no pictures from this portion of the weekend. Dinner followed at Barn Diva which was delish. The restaurant serves "homestyle" food at $25 per plate in a trendy atmosphere. The ladies then sniffed out a local bar to cap off the dual birthday celebrations.

Eat Here Now
A quick shout out to Burma Superstar on Clement Street. Cat and Cam had an excellent Tuesday Night dinner with their pals the Haro-Conners-Copelands (we're not yet sure what to call their tandem). We know, we know. Everyone and their mom has already been to this restaurant and we're totally late to the yuppie hipster scene. But it's still really good and you should know how we feel!
Here's a picture of Jen and Ryan in the finals of the World Ballroom Dancing Championships.....or is it the first dance from their wedding? Our bad, we jumbled up a few of our pictures. But props to Jen & Ryan for just being totally awesome.

Spring Snow Holiday
After working way too hard for way too long, Cat and Cam decided to head up to Donner/Tahoe for a few days off to shred the spring slush. Springtime snowfun calls for fun fashion. Cat sported the Hyper-Pink beanie while cam rocked the Airblaster White Jacket all weekend.
Cat totally tore up the slopes this winter. She honestly progressed from an "intermediate" skier to an "upper intermediate" slasher who handled all of the (groomed) backside Black Diamond Northstar runs with ease.
Our friends Josh & Elise made it up the hill for a few days. Josh is a pow-hunter but we were impressed that he had fun on the slush and park features. Elise ripped down the mountains in her new skis and had no problem keeping up with guys who wore helmets.
On Sunday, Cam decided to make Cat take pictures of his amazing freestyle skillz. Cam pleaded with Cat to frame this picture of him throwing a Method over the "huge" hip but Cat said he needed a bit more air.
Since this blog is the only place that anyone will ever see Cam snowboard, he made Cat put in this picture of him on the flat-down log in the Stash park at Northstar.
See you next winter! Hopefully we'll have something cool to blog about now that we won't be going to Donner until the Summer.

Snow is Cold yet Fun
Hello from Northstar Mountain Ski and Snowboarding Funtime Resort! Cat and Cam added to their annual ski/ride totals with another great weekend in the Tahoe region. Cat doned the safety orange beanie and tore up another day of groomers.
Here's a picture of Cat jamming down the infamous "Cat's Face" run off the Vista Chair at Northstar. It was really tough for Cam to click this photo as Cat was rolling by at about 60 to 70 miles per hour!
Here's Cam keepin' it real on the chairlift. It looks like he was wearing a lot of black this day (isn't black the new pink or something?). Unfortunately, Cat couldn't get any action shots of Cam spinning 720's over the 50 foot table tops since she had a race to qualify for at the slalom course and didn't have time to mess around in the silly terrain park.
